Go2Algo.inThis page explains the terms you agree to by using go2algo.in. Please read it in full before registering, connecting a broker account, or paying for a plan — it covers what go2algo is (and isn't), the risks of algorithmic trading, and how payments and plans work.
In short: go2algo is a technology tool built and run by one individual, not a company, and it is not registered with SEBI in any capacity. It does not give investment advice or guarantee profits. Trading decisions, and every rupee at risk, are entirely yours. If you disagree with any part of this page, please do not register or use the platform.
go2algo.in is a technology platform for building, testing, and running rule-based options, cash-market, and (where enabled) crypto derivative strategies — including strategy templates with built-in adjustment/hedging logic (the CTT builder), a market scanner, and live strategy execution — through your own broker's trading API.
go2algo is built and operated by a single individual. It is not a registered company, and it is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker, or in any other regulated capacity. Nothing on this platform is investment advice, a trading tip, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or contract. go2algo acts purely as an execution and automation tool: it places, modifies, or cancels orders through your broker's API strictly according to the strategy rules you configure, and it never exercises independent judgment over your trades.
By using go2algo, you acknowledge that trading in equities, futures, options, and (where applicable) crypto derivatives carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital. You agree that go2algo, its owner, and anyone assisting in its operation will not be liable for losses arising from, among other things:

Any backtest, scanner result, or simulated output shown on go2algo is hypothetical and provided for evaluation purposes only. Real trading results will differ from simulated ones because of brokerage, taxes (STT/GST/stamp duty), slippage, liquidity, and timing differences that a simulation cannot fully capture. go2algo does not promise or guarantee any profit, return, or protection of capital, and trading through this platform should never be treated as an assured or fixed source of income.
Paid plans unlock higher usage limits (live strategy runs, scanner runs, and history) on the platform. The fee is for platform/technology access — it is not linked in any way to your trading performance or outcomes.
Plan upgrades are currently paid manually — you scan a UPI QR code, pay the amount shown, and submit your UPI transaction reference (UTR) number. The plan is activated only after this is reviewed and approved. There is no card or bank-account information collected by go2algo, and there is no automatic recurring billing — nothing is charged without you initiating a payment yourself.
All plan payments are final and non-refundable once approved and activated — this includes cases where you stop using the platform, change your mind, or your quota goes unused during the plan's validity period. A refund may still be considered, entirely at go2algo's discretion, for genuine payment errors such as an accidental duplicate payment.
You may switch down to a plan of equal or lower price at any time at no charge; where your current plan's validity period hasn't ended yet, that validity is preserved rather than reset. The Free plan has no expiry. A paid plan that is not renewed before its validity ends is automatically moved to the Free plan.
go2algo may suspend or terminate access without notice for non-payment, abuse of the platform, or activity that risks the stability of the platform for other users.
go2algo connects to your broker (Zerodha, Angel One, Fyers, Upstox, Dhan, Groww, Alice Blue, or Tradesmart) using API credentials that you generate yourself on that broker's own developer portal, and an authorization flow run by the broker itself. go2algo never asks for, and never has access to, your broker account's login password.
Through this API connection, go2algo can place, modify, and cancel orders, and read your positions, orders, and market data, strictly as needed to run the strategies you configure. go2algo cannot withdraw funds, transfer funds, or change your broker account's password or KYC details — those actions simply are not exposed by any broker's trading API.
go2algo is not responsible for, and has no control over, failures at the exchange (NSE/BSE/MCX/others) or broker level — including API downtime, order rejections, margin calls, or penalties, all of which are governed by your agreement with that broker/exchange, not with go2algo.
go2algo is provided on an "as available" basis. Planned or unplanned downtime for maintenance, updates, or issues beyond go2algo's control can occur, as with any technology platform. go2algo is not liable for missed trades, missed opportunities, or losses arising from such downtime.
You are responsible for keeping your account and any credentials you enter secure. go2algo may suspend or terminate an account it reasonably believes is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that violates these terms, or a broker's or exchange's own rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, go2algo and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including trading losses, loss of profit, or loss of data — arising from your use of the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold go2algo and its owner harmless against any claim, penalty, or regulatory action arising from your own trading activity or misuse of the platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when they are. Continuing to use go2algo after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
